Egyptian Blue Lotus Flower - Dried Dream Herb
Blue lotus, a flower favored highly in ancient Egypt, is an herb that can make our dreaming life more vivid, and potentiate our ability to lucid dream. It is also well known as an effective aphrodisiac. Additionally, it is widely used as a cannabis alternative due to its mild psychoactive effects.
Instructions for use:
To make blue flower lotus tea, add one premade tea bag or 3–5 grams of dried flowers to 1–2 cups (250–500 mL) of hot water. Let steep for 5–10 minutes. If you choose to smoke it, roll dried flowers using rolling papers, or smoke in a bowl or pipe. Mixing this product with cannabis will also prove to be a very enjoyable and synergistic experience.
Blue lotus is a natural sedative that promotes mental, physical and emotional well-being in a variety of ways. On Trinfinity, Kathy J. Forti writes that blue lotus contains the natural anti-spasmodic nuciferan and aporphine, “which will give you feelings of calming euphoria,” making it a “natural anti-anxiety and stress reliever.” She also notes that it’s been reported to have aphrodisiac qualities, and to remedy erectile dysfunction.
